Students will become adept, logical problem solvers, learning skills that can be applied beyond the realm of mathematics. As confidence and subject familiarity grow, students will discover more ways to deal with mathematical problems, communicate mathematical data, prove and disprove theories and assumptions. An advanced understanding of maths is essential for those intending to pursue the subject at degree level. Such understanding is of immense value throughout life, whichever career path a student opts to follow. Assessment Work will be assessed via examination.
